The world of work has undergone profound change in recent years. Working conditions today are not the same as before and people no longer rely on taking one job for life. The trend of global workforce has therefore become interesting and changes at a rapid rate. Today’s workforce varies widely around the world based on the factors ranging from economic growth rates to technology maturity to business traditions and customs.
