Singapore/Hong Kong, 8 April 2013: Spring Professional has today announced the launch of its first IT and Engineering Salary Guide, following the successful launch of the brand in late March. Covering the regional markets of China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand, the guide is a detailed and useful compendium of salaries to be referenced by industry leaders, hiring managers and human resource professionals. Providing insights into Asian labour trends, the salary ranges represent a reflection of the marketplace in engineering and IT across Asia.

The Spring Professional Salary Guide was compiled as a reference tool based on data gathered in 2012 and early 2013,from actual transactions in the engineering and IT sectors with clients in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. The information was provided by a panel of consultants, providing an overview of their area of expertise, in addition to monthly salary data selected for positions surveyed during December 2012 and January 2013. The salary information excludes overtime payments, commissions, allowances and bonuses.
